Her story

Pam Dhillon began studying physical and energetic health at seventeen, and she has never really stopped. What started as curiosity became a lifelong devotion. More than 40,000 hours of practice spent learning how bodies, emotions, and consciousness weave together, and how to help people come home to themselves.

Today she is best known as an international retreat facilitator, gathering people in beautiful places to slow down, reconnect, and remember who they are. Alongside her retreats she offers whole-person sessions (BodyTalk, quantum healing, and a range of gentle bodywork) online with people all over the world, and in person on the land at Kayanara.

Her work is intuitive, multidimensional, and deeply human. Under the banner of Wild & Wise, Pam holds spaces where what is out of alignment can be felt, listened to, and gently restored, so you can move through life more freely, more fully yourself.

Training & credentials

Decades of continuous study across body, energy, and spirit.

Pam was a Registered Massage Therapist for eighteen years. She graduated from a renowned 3,000-hour program in 2005 and retired her registration at the end of 2023. She is not registered now, and she still loves hands-on work, which she offers as massage and bodywork on the land at Kayanara.

Pam completed all levels of BodyTalk over ten years through the International BodyTalk Association. Her quantum healing practice grew through decades of hands-on and energetic work. She holds an advanced yoga certification with 300 hours of training, including the slow, restorative practice of Yin yoga. She studied Mountain Shamanism in 2023 and is a full mesa carrier. Beneath all of it sit more than 40,000 hours of bodywork and energetic practice, begun at seventeen and continuing to this day, across which she has also worked as a mentor, examiner, coach, and leader.

In her own words

I work with the places in us that are usually bypassed. The roots of friction, emotional density, and suffering.

I hold spaces where what is out of alignment can be felt, listened to, and restored. I am interested in integrity at the level of consciousness, emotion, and the body, not as an idea, but as a lived frequency.

I am here to provoke honesty, not through force, but through attunement. My presence invites what has been hidden, half-lived, or held at arm's length to come forward.

I trust the intelligence of struggle. When we stop resisting it, meaning reveals itself and perseverance becomes devotion. From this place, life reorganizes from the inside out, guided by rhythm rather than will.

My work weaves consciousness-based medicine, embodied practice, emotional alchemy, and collective awareness. These are not modalities I apply. They are expressions of how I live and how I listen.

I've always been a little different. I work in the now, responding instinctually to the energy that is present right there and then. When I plan too much I am stuck in the brain, and my entire message is to live in the now, and in the heart.

How Pam works

Pam meets every person as a whole (body, emotions, energy, and spirit together). She doesn't follow a fixed formula. She listens, follows what's present, and trusts the body to lead. Whether you come to a retreat, a hands-on session, or an online conversation, the intention is the same, to help you feel safe enough to soften, reconnect, and remember what you already carry within.
