One to one · four to twelve weeks
Containers
A single session opens something. A container is what holds it open long enough to matter.
What a container is
A high-touch stretch of weekly one-to-one work, with Pam available between sessions rather than only inside them. It is designed for periods when something is genuinely moving. A transition, a threshold, a season where you would rather not be doing it alone.
The difference from booking single sessions is continuity. Nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch each week, so the work starts further in each time. And when something surfaces on a Tuesday, you are not sitting with it alone until the next appointment.
Who it suits
People who have already had a session or two and know they want to keep going. People moving through a real transition. People who have noticed how quickly the insight from a good session can fade, and want something that holds.
It is not the place to start if you have never worked with Pam. Book a single session first and see how it lands.
Three lengths
All three run online, by phone, or as recordings, from anywhere. Payment plans are available on the longer containers.

What every container includes
- A weekly one-to-one session of quantum healing or BodyTalk, with time to talk it through and let it settle.
- Voice and text support, Monday to Friday, for the things that come up on a Wednesday afternoon and will not keep until the next session.
- Ongoing energetic attunement. Pam keeps working with your field between sessions, not only during them.
- A custom Quantum Vortex Field, a personalised energetic container built for you at the start of the work.
Not to be confused with an Intensive
Pam offers two very different things with similar-sounding names. A container is what this page describes. Weeks of weekly sessions, at home, with support in between. A Wild & Wise Intensive is two nights away at Kayanara, all of it condensed into one immersive stay.
If you want depth spread across a season, you want a container. If you want to step out of your life entirely for a couple of days, you want an intensive.
Before you commit
These are a real investment of money and attention, so here is a note of plain honesty. Containers are wellness and personal-growth work. They are not therapy, not counselling, and not a clinical or medical service. Nothing here is intended to diagnose or address any medical condition. If you are looking for regulated care, please see a registered practitioner.
Pam would far rather you book one session and decide from there than commit to twelve weeks before you have felt the work.
Start with a conversation
Containers begin with a conversation about whether one is right for you, and which length actually fits what you are moving through.
