What this site is

pamdhillon.com is a static website. There are no user accounts, no logins, no comments, and no shopping cart. Nothing you do here creates a profile.

Fonts and assets

The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so visiting a page does not send your IP address to a font provider. The same is true of every image, script, and stylesheet.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through it. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, your device and browser, and how you arrived. Google processes that information on its own terms, and IP addresses are shortened before storage.

It is used to see which pages are useful, not to identify you. Nothing collected is sold, and it is never matched to anything you tell Pam directly.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by using private browsing. None of that stops the site working.

A few journal entries offer to show a Facebook or Instagram post in place. Nothing from Meta loads unless you press that button. If you do, Facebook or Instagram may set their own cookies from that point, on their own terms.

Getting in touch

Most contact links on this site open your own email program, so the message goes straight to Pam and nothing is stored here. When you email hello@pamdhillon.com or call (778) 930-6465, Pam receives it directly and keeps it only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of your work together.

Booking

Booking, intake forms, and payment all happen in Jane, a separate service, at pamdhillon.janeapp.com. Anything you enter there is held by Jane under its own privacy policy and its own security arrangements, not by this website.

The email list

If you sign up for Pam's list, your email address, your consent, and the date you gave it are stored in MailerLite, which sends the emails on her behalf. You may also be tagged by what you signed up for, so that retreat news goes to people interested in retreats rather than to everyone.

MailerLite records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. Pam uses that to send less, not more.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and using it removes you. You can also email hello@pamdhillon.com and ask to be taken off. Your address is never sold or given to anyone else.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs including IP addresses for security and to keep the site online.

Your choices

You can ask what Pam holds about you, ask her to correct it, or ask her to delete it. Email hello@pamdhillon.com and she will act on it.

Links out to Instagram and Facebook lead to services with their own tracking and their own policies.

Changes

If how this site handles information changes, this page changes with it.
