What is shamanic practice?
Shamanic practice is one of the oldest ways human beings have known to come back to themselves. Rooted in ceremony, energy, and a deep relationship with nature, it is less about doing and more about remembering, reconnecting with your own inner landscape and the wider web of life around you. Pam is a full mesa carrier in Mountain Shamanism, and brings that earth-rooted lineage into gentle, present-centred sessions.
This is reflective, wellness-focused, spiritual work. It is not a clinical or medical service, and it is not intended to diagnose or address any medical condition.
How Pam works
Pam holds a calm, unhurried space and follows what is present for you rather than any fixed script. A session may weave together grounding, energy work, guided journeying, and simple ceremony, always led by intuition and your own comfort. She brings the same whole-person presence she brings to all of her practice, and can blend shamanic work with BodyTalk and her wider energy-based sessions when that feels right for you.
What a session involves
Sessions run by distance from wherever you are, and in person on the land at Kayanara during an intensive or retreat. Energy is not bound by location. Current session lengths and rates are shown when you book. Expect a grounded, held space, with some quiet preparation, the session itself, and gentle guidance to help you carry the experience back into your life.
Who it’s for
Shamanic practice can support you if you’re craving reconnection, meaning, or a sense of coming home to yourself. It suits people drawn to ceremony and the natural world, and anyone looking for a quiet, reflective space to explore what they’re moving through. No prior experience is needed, only openness and curiosity.
