What is craniosacral bodywork?
Craniosacral bodywork is one of the gentlest practices there is. Using still, light contact (often no more than the weight of a coin), Pam follows the subtle rhythms of your body and offers it space to unwind. There’s nothing to push or fix. The intention is simply to help your system drop into a deep state of rest, where it can reorganize and settle on its own.
This is restorative, wellness-focused work. It is not massage therapy, and it is not a clinical or medical service.
How Pam works
You rest comfortably, fully clothed, while Pam makes gentle, still contact, often at the head, spine, or sacrum. She brings the same intuitive, whole-person presence she brings to all of her practice, following what your body is asking for rather than any fixed routine. Sessions can weave craniosacral bodywork together with BodyTalk and her wider energy-based work when that feels right for you.
What a session involves
This work happens in person on the land at Kayanara, woven through a two-night intensive or a retreat. It is part of your stay, not billed separately. Expect a calm, unhurried session (many people drift into deep relaxation) followed by simple guidance to help you ease back into your day.
Who it’s for
Craniosacral bodywork can support you if you’re feeling wound-up, over-stimulated, or simply in need of profound rest. It suits people who love the gentlest possible touch and want a quiet space to let their nervous system settle.
