What is the Veltheim Method?
Your lymphatic system is the network that carries fluid through the spaces between your cells. When that fluid slows down, many people describe feeling heavy, sluggish, foggy, or emotionally stuck.
The Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage, often called VMLD, is a gentle practice developed within the BodyTalk system. It uses a technique called kinesthetic visualization to encourage that fluid to move again and to balance the pressure between different areas of the body. People often describe the result as feeling lighter, clearer, and more settled, both physically and emotionally.
VMLD is an energetic practice. It is not massage therapy, and it is not a clinical or medical service.
How Pam works
Pam tunes in to where fluid feels congested or still, and works through each area in the order your system asks for. She tells you what she is noticing as she goes. If you drift off, she recaps the session for you afterward.
VMLD can stand on its own, or it can sit inside a BodyTalk session. Pam follows what your system is ready for on the day.
What a session involves
Sessions run online, by phone, or as a recording, from anywhere. A session is $180. For a recording, book any open time and reply to your booking email with what you would like to work with. Pam records the session then and sends it to you. Expect a calm, quiet session, followed by simple guidance to help you integrate afterward.
Who it’s for
VMLD is for you if you feel heavy, sluggish, or stuck, and you want to feel more flow and ease in your body. It suits people who already love BodyTalk and want to go deeper, and people who are new to energy work and curious about a gentle place to start.
