What actually arrives
Retreat dates and rates, usually before they are published on this site. Gatherings, which are small and tend to fill from Pam’s own community. New writing from the journal. Occasional notes when something is worth saying.
Pam sends when there is something to send. There is no schedule, and no filler between the things that matter.
What does not arrive
Your address is never sold, rented, or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also write to hello@pamdhillon.com and ask to come off, and Pam will take care of it.
