Wild & Wise Intensives
A private, deeply personalised two-night retreat on 220 acres of regenerating land. Time and space to go further than a regular session allows.

What an intensive is
Two nights away, entirely private, designed around you. It is for people who want to step out of everyday life and into a more immersive container, with the time and space to go deeper than a regular hour can reach.
The work is not an appointment inside a getaway. It runs through the whole stay. Sessions, rest, walking, eating, sleeping, and the long gaps in between, which is where so much of the shift quietly happens.
Come alone, or bring your people
Most intensives are one to one. You can also gather your own small group with a partner, a friend, a family member, or a few people you want to do this alongside. The retreat is then designed around whoever is coming and what the group wants to explore.
As the group grows, the investment per person comes down, which makes this a good option for couples, close friends, or family.
Two cabins
Private one-to-one investment begins at these rates. Each cabin offers a slightly different experience.

Wolf Cabin

The more spacious and elevated of the two. Handcrafted, wood stove warmth.
Available year round
Small group rates are quoted per enquiry and come down as the group grows.
What your intensive includes
- Two nights in a private cabin at Kayanara, on 220 acres of regenerating land in the South Cariboo.
- Catered, nourishing meals throughout. You are welcome to bring and prepare your own for a small discount, though the chef experience is part of the immersion.
- Private work with Pam, woven through the whole stay. This is not a session slotted into a holiday.
- Quantum healing, BodyTalk, bodywork, meditation, and consciousness work, woven together according to what your body and inner world are asking for.
- Rest, nature, and spaciousness between sessions. Integration time is built into the pacing rather than squeezed in afterward.
- A one-hour Zoom before you arrive, to set intentions and begin the process before you get in the car.
- A one-hour integration Zoom afterward, so what moved has somewhere to land once you are home.
Not the same as a Container
Pam offers two things with similar names. An intensive is what this page describes. Two nights away, all of it condensed into one immersive stay. A container is weeks of weekly sessions at home, with support in between.
Feeling the pull?
Tell Pam a little about what you are wanting support with, whether you are coming privately or with others, and any dates you have in mind. From there you can feel into what your intensive could look like.
