Massage (Non-Registered) with Pam Dhillon

Hands-on work built on two decades of massage training. Slow, deep rest for a nervous system that has been running too long.

This is hands-on work, so it happens in person on the land at Kayanara, woven through a two-night intensive or a retreat rather than booked by the hour.

What this is

Pam combines her intuitive skills and her extensive massage training to offer an experience that reaches beyond the physical to soothe the soul. She believes touch is essential for processing and integrating life’s experiences, and this is the session where that belief is most plainly at work.

It has one purpose. It lets your nervous system shift out of “go” and into rest. Slow, unhurried contact invites your body to downshift. Held tension softens, the mind quietens, and a felt sense of calm returns.

Where the training comes from

Pam was a Registered Massage Therapist for eighteen years. She graduated from a renowned 3,000-hour program in 2005 and retired her registration at the end of 2023.

Pam is now retired from registered massage therapy, but still offers non-registered wellness massage at Kayanara, inside an intensive or a retreat. This is not massage therapy and not a clinical or medical service. It is massage by someone who has spent her working life with her hands on people and never stopped enjoying it.

How Pam works

Slowly. She follows what your body is asking for rather than a routine, and the pressure stays gentle, because the whole point is to feel safe enough to let go. When it serves you, she weaves in BodyTalk or energy work without breaking the rest.

What a session involves

This work happens in person on the land at Kayanara, woven through a two-night intensive or a retreat. It is part of your stay, not billed separately. Expect a calm, unhurried session focused on deep rest, followed by simple guidance to help you carry the calm with you.

Who it’s for

This is for you if you are running on empty, holding stress in your body, or simply craving a reset. It suits people who want to slow down, feel cared for, and give their nervous system a real chance to recover.

Common questions

What does non-registered mean?

Pam was a Registered Massage Therapist from 2005 until she retired her registration at the end of 2023. She is not registered now, so this is not massage therapy and not a clinical or medical service. It is massage for rest and relaxation, from someone with eighteen years of professional practice behind her hands. It is not intended to diagnose or address any medical condition. If you are looking for regulated care, please see a registered practitioner.

What does her training mean for me?

Her hands know what they are doing. A 3,000-hour program and eighteen years in practice gave her a working knowledge of the body that most bodyworkers do not have. She brings that to slow, restful work, not to a clinical setting.

How is this different from somatic bodywork?

This is the session for deep rest. Somatic bodywork is more exploratory, and weaves in BodyTalk and energy work as it goes. In practice Pam follows what you need on the day, and the line between them is soft.

Can I combine it with Pam's other work?

Yes. Many people weave a massage together with BodyTalk or quantum healing during a stay. Pam will follow what feels right for you.

Reset properly

Your body knows how to rest. Sometimes it needs two nights, 220 acres, and nowhere at all to be.
