Your questions
Questions
Honest answers, including to the ones that can feel awkward to ask.
Before you book
Do I need to believe in any of this for it to work?
No. You're welcome to arrive curious, skeptical, or somewhere in between. Pam simply meets you where you are.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Pam guides the whole session. All you need to bring is an open, curious mind.
Which session should I book first?
For the most structured version of the work, start with BodyTalk. For the patterns underneath, start with quantum healing. If you are unsure, book an hour and say so at the start.
What does it cost?
Sessions are $180. Multi-week containers start at $2,222. Two-night intensives at Kayanara start at $3,500 plus GST, which includes your cabin and meals.
What it is, and is not
Is this massage therapy?
No. Pam was a Registered Massage Therapist from 2005 until she retired her registration at the end of 2023. She is not registered now. Her hands-on work is non-registered massage and bodywork built on that training, not massage therapy and not a clinical or medical service. It is not intended to diagnose or address any medical condition. If you are looking for regulated care, please see a registered practitioner.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. It is wellness and personal-growth work. It is not therapy, not counselling, and not a substitute for care from a regulated professional.
Can it be combined with other work I am doing?
Yes. Many people weave these sessions alongside whatever else supports them. Pam will follow what feels right for you on the day.
In a session
What actually happens in a session?
You get on a video or phone call, talk for a few minutes about what brought you, then lie down and rest while Pam works. She talks through what she is noticing as she goes, and at the end she offers simple guidance.
Is any of this hands-on?
Not in a regular session, which happens online or by phone. Hands-on work happens in person at Kayanara, inside a two-night intensive or a retreat, and Pam talks you through what is comfortable. You are always in charge of that.
What if I fall asleep?
Very common, and completely welcome. Many people drift toward sleep. There is nothing you need to do but rest, and Pam recaps the session for you afterward.
What if I do not want to talk?
That is fine. Nothing has to be said out loud that you would rather not say.
Practical things
Where is Pam based?
Pam is in British Columbia and works with people worldwide. In-person work happens on the land at Kayanara, a guest ranch at Eagle Creek in the South Cariboo, apart from the occasional retreat abroad or pop-up elsewhere.
Do you still see people in person one to one?
Not as regular appointments. Pam ended regular in-person one-to-one sessions in September 2026. In person now means a two-night intensive or a retreat at Kayanara, where the work runs through the whole stay. Once in a while she travels for a pop-up day in another town, which is rare and goes out to her newsletter first.
How do I book?
Everything runs through Jane. Booking, intake forms, and payment all happen there.
Are recorded sessions available?
Yes, and they are a standard way to work now. Book any open time in Jane and reply to your booking email with what you would like to work with. Pam records the session then and sends it to you.
Still wondering something?
Email Pam. She reads every message herself, and she is happy to answer.
