What is intuitive bodywork?
Intuitive bodywork has no script. Rather than following a set routine, Pam listens with her hands, her presence, and her intuition for what your body most needs in the moment. A session might be still and quiet, or gently mobile. It might stay with the body, or open into her wider energy-based work. The through-line is simple. Your system leads, and Pam follows.
This is restorative, exploratory work for wellbeing. It is not massage therapy, and it is not a clinical or medical service.
How Pam works
Pam brings decades of hands-on experience and a deeply developed intuition to each session. She reads the subtle cues of your body and responds moment to moment, softening here, resting there, weaving in BodyTalk or energy-based work when it feels right. Nothing is forced. Everything is offered. You’re always welcome to say what you do and don’t want.
What a session involves
This work happens in person on the land at Kayanara, woven through a two-night intensive or a retreat. It is part of your stay, not billed separately. Expect an unhurried, responsive session with no fixed agenda, followed by simple guidance to help you integrate what moved.
Who it’s for
Intuitive bodywork can support you if you’re drawn to a more spontaneous, whole-person session, one that meets you fresh each time rather than following the same steps. It suits people who trust the process and want to be met exactly where they are.
