You have done the surface work
You have read the books, kept the practice, done the seasons of therapy. You are not looking for an introduction. You are looking for depth.
The limit of one good session
A single session can shift something real. Most people feel it. The harder part is what happens three weeks later, when life closes back over the opening.
Depth comes from continuity. Working with the same practitioner, often enough that nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch each time, is what turns a good session into lasting change.
Ways to go deeper
Containers are Pam’s most concentrated one-to-one work. Four, eight, or twelve weeks of weekly sessions with support between them, so what moves in a session has somewhere to go afterward.
Intensives at Kayanara are two nights away on 220 acres, with the work woven through the whole stay rather than squeezed into an hour.
Retreats take you out of your life entirely for several days. Distance does something that an hour on a Tuesday cannot. The next one is Wild Remembering, five days and four nights in November.
The Collective is the ongoing online group. Lighter than a container, but continuous, and shared.
Gatherings are smaller circles, announced to Pam’s community first.
What deeper actually means
Not more intense. Not harder.
Deeper usually means slower, and it means the work stops being about the presenting thing and starts being about the pattern underneath it. That is not something to force. It arrives when there is enough continuity and enough trust for your system to feel safe going there.
Pam will be honest with you about pacing. If she thinks you want to sprint through something that needs a season, she will say so.

Single sessions open a door. Sustained work is what carries the change past the drive home.
