You have been running on empty
There is a kind of tired that sleep does not fix. If you have been carrying more than you can set down, this is a place to start.
You do not have to arrive fixed
A lot of people come to Pam apologising. For being tired. For arriving with nothing to say. For crying in the first ten minutes.
None of that is a problem. You are welcome exactly as you are, and there is nothing you need to prepare, perform, or explain.
What rest actually looks like
Slow. Quiet. Unhurried. No fixed agenda and nothing to keep up with.
You stay comfortable and supported while Pam works at whatever pace your system asks for. Many people drift toward sleep. That is not you doing it wrong. That is your body taking the invitation.
Where to begin
If you want rest you can receive from your own bed, quantum healing and BodyTalk both run online, by phone, or as a recording you can play when you are ready.
If you would rather move a little, Yin yoga one to one is slow, supported, and asks nothing of you but stillness.
If what you actually need is to leave your life for a couple of days, that is what an intensive on the land is for. Hands-on work like craniosacral and massage lives there.
Not sure? Book the hour and tell Pam you are tired. She will take it from there.

Somewhere soft to land
Your body knows how to rest. Sometimes it just needs a safe, quiet space to remember how.
