A small circle, five days, one arc

Pam is gathering 8 to 12 people at Kayanara for five days and four nights. It is deliberately small. That is what allows the week to be shaped around the people who actually turn up rather than run to a fixed script.

Kayanara sits on 220 acres of regenerating land bordered by Eagle Creek, in the South Cariboo. The retreat weaves quantum energy, embodied practice, nature immersion, and deeply nourishing meals into a single coherent arc, moving from receiving and clearing, through awakening, into becoming.

You are held in private or thoughtfully shared cabin space, fed by a professional chef on garden-inspired meals and snacks, and guided through a carefully paced program. Everything is included.

The arc of the five days

  1. 1

    Receiving & clearing

Arrive, set down what you carried in, and let the land start doing what it does. The first movement is about making room.

  2. 2

    Awakening

The middle of the journey, where the deeper work happens. Energy work, constellation, movement, and time in the elements.

  3. 3

    Becoming

Integration. What moved gets woven into something you can carry home, rather than left behind at the gate.

Who it is for

Anyone feeling the pull. You do not need experience, a practice, or any particular beliefs. People come alone far more often than in pairs, and by the second day the circle rarely feels like strangers.

If you are feeling the pull

Tell Pam which accommodation option you are drawn to and she will send you the next steps for registration, along with what a day actually looks like. Places are limited to 8 to 12 people.
